Pumpkin Lush Decadent Dessert
I don't know about you, but I prefer my desserts to be a little extra and this recipe does not disappoint. I've always served my pumpkin pie with a heavy dollop of cool whip so when I saw this layered decadence I knew I needed to try it. This recipe has quickly become a staple at our Thanksgiving table and a favorite among family. Trust me when I say - you need this one.
Pumpkin Lush Dessert Recipe:

Ingredients:
for Crust -
1.5 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
for Cheesecake Layer -
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped topping
for pumpkin layer -
2 1/2 cup milk
3 small packages vanilla pudding
15 oz. pumpkin puree
1 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 pan.
In a mixing bowl, stir with a fork graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Sprinkle into an even layer onto the bottom of a prepared baking pan. Pressing the crust down into pan. Bake in the oven for approximately 7 minutes and let cool.
Mix cream cheese layer, spreading over cooled crust. Add pumpkin mixture next. Top with whipped topping, chill and serve.
