I don't know about you, but I prefer my desserts to be a little extra and this recipe does not disappoint. I've always served my pumpkin pie with a heavy dollop of cool whip so when I saw this layered decadence I knew I needed to try it. This recipe has quickly become a staple at our Thanksgiving table and a favorite among family. Trust me when I say - you need this one.
